You are responsible for the shipping costs of the item you are returning. We will refund you the shipping cost if you email us a photograph of the receipt showing the tracking number of the package (and the cost) that you are returning.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
The Cupcake Factory’s items are printed on demand and shipped by Printful. Therefore, we can only make exchanges for items that were misprinted, damaged, or defective.
Exchanges can only be made within 30 days after receiving your item.

We will contact you at the email address you included in your order once we receive the defective item and inspect it. If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card and you will receive your money back depending on how long your bank processes it.
